Bridge Construction update-stay clear of the area
PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THE BRIDGE AREA IT IS HAZARDOUS!
All boats have been removed from racks (deadline Oct. 13) & rip rap is installed on shoreline. Please collect your boats in front of the Mallard Room.

Road Committee
The 2024 Roads Survey by Kiley Associates is attached. Various roads issues have been addressed. This survey will be used to guide the Roads Committee and Board about the focus of future maintenance and projects, culminating in enhanced safety for all.

Is short-term leasing allowed??
Short-term leasing is NOT allowed, only rentals more than 30 days. For more information please visit our Community Rules and Bylaws section.
How do I join the board?
You can apply for a position on the board by visiting the “Board of Directors Tab” & submitting a 125 word bio
How do I get involved in the community
You can volunteer in the community by clicking on the tab “General info” – Committees. On this page is a list of volunteer opportunities on committees that improve and sustain Tink Wig. Email the office with your interest.
Can I pay online?
Online payment is not available at this time.
Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
Yes, payment by credit/debit card is available with an additional 3% administrative fee.
When is the Annual Assessment (HOA) due?
Annual HOA dues are due July 1st or the day of the Annual Meeting upon Budget Approval.
What if I don’t or can’t pay?
If Annual Assessments are not received by Sept. 30 th an
Administrative Fee ($150.00) & Late Charges (1% per month starting on July 1st) will be added on October 1st and added each quarter until paid in full. The Board of Directors may decide to offer a payment plan upon request, waive late fees upon request, send it to a collection agency, or obtain a judgment.
Do I have to pay if I don’t use the amenities?
Yes, when you purchase you automatically join the Tink-Wig Mountain Lake Forest Property Owners Association and are bound by all Restrictive Covenants, By-Laws, and Rules & regulations.
Is hunting allowed in the community?
HUNTING and the discharging of firearms is NOT ALLOWED in our TINK-WIG Community.
Do I need a permit to remove trees?

Can I put up a fence?

Can I have a trailer-type home?
No, only Modular or stick-built homes are allowed, a minimum square footage is 1,120.
Can I have an RV/Camper?
Yes, if you have an Improved Lot, but cannot be used to live in.
Cannot be parked on an Unimproved Lot. Please store on the side or behind the house if possible.
What day is trash/recycling pick-up?
Thursday, cans must be out by 6:30 am. Please secure your cans after pickup.
How do I get a mailbox?
You must obtain a form from the office and present to the Hawley Post Office. Once the post office approves your box you will receive your mailbox number and key from them.
Can I put my boat on the lake?
Property Owners and Members in Good Standing need to register with the office and obtain a TWPOA Sticker for your Boat or other watercraft (Canoe, raft, boat trailer) to be displayed per rules.
Gasoline motors are not permitted to be used on boats or other watercraft in Tink Wig
Lake.
