2025 – 2026 Board Meetings

All board meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month from March through December. There are no meetings in January and February. In the month of May, the board meeting is held on the 3rd Sunday, due to Mother’s Day.
There are also special meetings that are called and announced as needed, as well as meetings held to count and report voting results, such as for board elections, budget proposals and results of other voting that may take place with the annual mailing.
The annual meeting of the Association takes place on the Saturday that is closest to July 4th.
