About Tink-Wig

Tink-Wig Mountain Lake Forest Estates is a private community located in Hawley, PA, about 10 minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack. Tink-Wig is a four-season community where you can enjoy the best nature in peaceful surroundings. In summer, there’s fishing and kayaking on the lake, swimming in the community pool, or enjoying countless outdoor activities in the Lake Region. In fall, take in the crisp air and watch leaves change. In winter, ski just minutes away go ice fishing on the lake, or simply sip hot cocoa by the fire and take in the frozen landscape.

In the spring, watch as local wildlife emerges from their slumber (along with their babies!) and everything becomes green again! Nearby downtown areas of Hawley and Honesdale offer many restaurants, breweries, and shops to enjoy year-round.

Residents of Tink-Wig consider it to be a very special place, so much so that many part-time residents eventually become full-timers! The community offers various events throughout the year for residents to enjoy, such as Trunk-or-Treat for our youngest residents, Oktoberfest, and an annual community picnic.

Outdoor Amenities

Lake: 110 acres, maximum depth 10-12 feet, electric motors only (see lake section for more detailed information about the lake and boat storage)

Outdoor Pool: Open June through Labor Day, 12-6 PM every day weather permitting

Playground: Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.

Basketball & Pickle Ball Court: Open year-round.*

Shuffle Board: Weather permitting. *

Horse Shoes: Weather permitting.*

Indoor Amenities

Clubhouse: Large room, and cafe/kitchen for community activities, may be rented by property owners.

Shuffle Board: Available in the clubhouse.

Table Tennis: Available in the clubhouse.

Air Hockey: Available in the clubhouse.

Board of Directors: 15 property owners comprise the board

Board Meetings: Second Sunday of each month (except Jan-Feb) at 10 AM in the clubhouse. This meeting is open to all property owners.
