Property Owners Association Committees

If you wish to be involved in any of these committees or have questions about any of these committees you can either contact them through the office or email.

Road Committee
Chair | David Pannasch

This committee suggests which roads need to have repairs done in the current year. They also work on minor road repairs and clearing trees that may be in danger of obstructing the road.

Lake Committee
Chair | Jason Wulff

The Lake Committee is responsible for managing the health of the lake and other lake-related activities such as docks, boat slips, and boat ramp.

Pool Committee
Chair | Kelvin Valencia

This committee assists with the management and maintenance of the pool.

Communications Committee
Chair | Caren Comeau

This committee maintains the bulletin boards and updates the website with community happenings.

Bridge Committee
Chair | Doug Roberts

This committee is working with consultants and companies to obtain bids for the bridge and plan out the timelines.

Architectural Control Committee
Chair | Rich Inguilli

This committee is comprised of the Executive Director, the Secretary, and 3 property owners. The property owners volunteer at the annual meeting and the board appoints 3 from the list of volunteers. The committee then reviews all permits submitted to verify that they meet the regulations defined in the governing documents.  The approved permits then are submitted to the board for final approval

Social Events Committee
Chair | Patti Doughty

This committee organizes various activities for the community’s enjoyment.  This ranges from Dinners to Paint and Sip to Pool Parties.   They also raise money through raffles and other fundraising activities to fund improvements in the community. 

Beautification and Maintenance Committee
Chair | Nick Marsh

This committee plans for and implements updates and maintenance to the common areas of the community.  Projects can range from small (changing a light bulb) to large (remodeling the bathrooms), depending on the time and ability available.

By Law Committee
Chair |Laurie Spade

This committee reviews our HOA bylaws which are the rules that govern the internal management of our homeowners association, outlining the structure and operation of the HOA’s board of directors and specifying how meetings are conducted, elections are held, and officers are appointed. These bylaws provide a framework for the organization and function of the HOA, ensuring consistent governance and decision-making processes.

Children’s Social Committee
Chair | Laurie Spade

This committee focuses on organizing and managing social events and activities tailored for children. The primary goal of such a committee is to foster a sense of community, inclusivity, and fun among kids. Activities might include planning parties, game days, sports events, educational outings, and cultural celebrations. The committee works to ensure these events are safe, engaging, and accessible to all children within the community.

Review Committee – Tom O’Neill

This committee consists of 3 board members and 2 property owners. This committee is selected by the board at the annual meeting. This committee reviews complaints submitted to the office and follows the due process section in our bylaws.  Members of this committee must be able to meet in person at least once or twice a month and should be very familiar with our Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.

Technology Committee
Chair |

This committee manages systems including security safety and other smart devices at the office clubhouse and pool.

Long-Term Planning
Chair | Rick Haan

This committee works on long-term projects that the committee may want the board to consider. Finances for these projects are part of the planning to check for feasibility. The longevity of all our assets is listed and considered as to when each should be renovated.

Forest Committee – Jeth Mill

The purpose of the Tink Wig Forest Committee is to:
 
Ensure the long-term health and viability of our community’s woodlands and habitat for forest plants and animals,
 
Protect forestlands from damage and/or destruction by fires, insects, diseases, and other agents, and
 
Provide wise stewardship and sound ecosystem management of our forest resources.

Nominating Committee-Laurie Spade

This committee is identified at the annual meeting and is asked to look for potential Board of Director candidates not enough candidates come forward. Created at the Annual Meeting.
