Below are online documents community residents can submit to obtain permits, permissions, and rentals.

Complaints/Violations

This is a form for community complaints and requires a detailed explanation of the issue you wish to report.

Document Request Form

A member of the Association should complete this form prior to any inspection or copying of the Association’s Records. The stated purposes must comply with state law and granting access must not constitute a conflict of interest. Please read this form carefully and complete the information requested accurately.

ATV, Snowmobile,GoKart,Dirt Bike permit

Operating the above vehicles will be at the owners risk and must comply with state law regulations as contained in Chapter 77 of PA vehicle code

Rental Application (Home rentals >30 days)

Complete this form in order to rent your property. Application must be submitted no less than 5 days prior to the start of the rental

Clubhouse Rental

The Clubhouse is available for rental anytime between 9am to 11pm, with the following exceptions. No rentals between the hours of 11 AM to 6 PM, 7 days a week during the time periods the pool is open.
This would include at a minimum weekends during most of June and every day thereafter until Labor
Day. No rentals shall take place during Board Meetings, Annual Membership, and Budget meetings.

Boat Rack Applicaiton

Due to the limited amount of spaces on the Boat Rack(s), the Association will be conducting an annual lottery to determine which members can occupy such space between the months of October 1st, through September 30th.
There will be a $50.00 annual fee to occupy a boat rack,

Dock Application

In consideration for being granted a dock permit, dock owners must sign a release of any and all liability to TWPOA. Docks are to be the sole responsibility of the owner. No structures will be permitted on docks with the exception of a securely fastened bench for sea$500 plus $25 per day until the permit is issued.)

Amenities and Common Areas acknowledgement and Waiver Form

I/we understand that the swimming pool, basketball court, clubhouse, lake and all other amenities and common areas collectively referred to as the “Facilities” are for use by the owners within the Tink Wig Property Owners Association.

Application for Architectural Permit

This application is being submitted for approval from the Tink-Wig Mountain Lake Forest Property Owners Association (TWPOA) Architectural Committee with final approval by the Board of Directors.

Tree Removal Permit


*No living trees within 35 feet of the Tink Wig Lake waterline may be cut, “downed” or removed.
*This form is not required to remove dead or diseased or trees that are endangering a structure
on the property
